Any products ordered, that are not in the list to be dispatched separately below, are sent out 1st class. If ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched on the same day.

FREE Shipping for all orders over £40.

Orders under £40 incur a £3.95 postage cost.

Next day delivery is available at a cost of £9.99. Please order before 3pm to ensure next day delivery. If after 3pm it may be dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday).

I have placed an order and have a question

I want to Amend my order

If you have placed an order and wish to make a change to it such as added a new item or changing the fragrance of something please contact as asap via Info@GreenerBeauty.com.

We work really hard to ensure that your orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. So there is a limited amount of time if you want to change your order before it is dispatched.

If the order has not been dispatched we will change your order as requested, obviously if we have the new items available in stock.

If you order has already been dispatched and you would still like to change your item please inform us as soon as possible via Info@GreenerBeauty.com. We will not be able to send out the new item until the product you would like to change has been returned to us. If this is the case you will be liable to pay the postage to return the item to us and for us to send it back to you.

Lost Deliveries

We ship using Royal Mail as we find them the most reliable and fastest UK service. We have had no issues with parcels getting lost. However we cannot guarantee that no parcels will ever get lost. So if you have placed an order and have received an email to say that your order has been completed, this is the date that your order left Greener Beauty HQ.

It is advised by Royal Mail to wait for two weeks from this date for First class parcels to be delivered and if it still hasn’t been delivered by this point we can send out a replacement delivery. However if at any point you are concerned that it hasn’t been delivered please contact us via Info@GreenerBeauty.com and we can work through the options together.

I have failed to collect my order in time

If an order was attempted to be delivered by Royal Mail and they left a card because you were not in. If you failed to collect your order or arrange a re-delivery and the item was returned to us you have a number of options.

We can refund your order minus the shipping costs.

We can resend your order but only after you have paid our reposting fee.

Refund Policy

Return of goods

Of course we want you to be happy with all the products you purchase at GreenerBeauty.com. However, if you are not, let us work with you to make it right. The following details our refund policy.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation applicable from 2014, you are entitled to notify us of your intent to return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned within 28 days from receipt. Unfortunately if more time has passed than this we will not be able to give you a refund.

Please note that anything opened will follow different guidelines and will be determined on a case by case basis.

However, generally speaking we cannot accept returns for anything that has been opened.

There are certainly product types that can also not be refunded such as intimate or menstrual products.

Only full priced items can be returned. Sale items or reduced items cannot be refunded.

If an item is faulty or damaged

First off I am sincerely sorry that you have received something that you do not feel is perfect.

If you have received anything in your order that you feel is faulty, please contact us at Info@GreenerBeauty.com to discuss return of the order or items and your reason why they are faulty or damaged. It would also be helpful if you could include photos. Please also tell us what the ideal solution is, if the item is damaged would you like it replaced, exchanged or refunded to your original payment method.

We will not be able to replace or refund any items until the original item has been received at Greener Beauty HQ.

If you wish to return a faulty item we can email you a pre paid postage label that you need to print and attach to your order and drop off at your local post office or small parcel post box.

If an item is returned to us as faulty and has been opened, and is not found to be faulty we will be unable to refund the item.

On receipt of the returned item and upon it being agreed as faulty we can do a number of things:

  • Refund you for the full purchase price of the item to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 working days.
  • We can exchange your item for something else.
  • You can use the value against another purchase and either pay the balance due or we can refund the difference.

Please note if your original payment method was using a gift card the refund will go back onto your gift card.

If you have changed your mind

If you have changed your mind on anything please contact as asap. Refunds can only be provided if you contact us within 14 days of receipt and if the item or items in question are returned to us within 28 days.

We work really hard to ensure that your orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. So there it a limited amount of time if you want to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If the order has not been dispatched we can refund your order onto your original payment method.

If you have received your order please contact us at Info@GreenerBeauty.com to discuss return of the order or items and your reason why. To save time some photos of the items would be appreciated.

Items sent back for exchange or refund must be unopened, with all the original product packaging and any seals untouched. We will not be able to refund any items that have been tampered with.

If you are requesting a return of a full order everything must be included in the return including the free samples and affirmation card.

If this is the situation we will give you our PO Box address and you will be liable for the cost of return (£3.95) that we will deduct from your refund or exchange. Alternatively you can post it back at your own expense.

Anything that is returned we suggest you return in the original packing box and packaging or use equivalent packaging to ensure its safe return. We will not be able to refund any items that are damaged in transit to us. We also recommend that you get proof of postage that you keep safe until we have confirmed receipt.

On receipt of the returned item in a saleable condition we can do a number of things:

  • Refund you for the full purchase price of the item to the original method of payment within 3 to 5 working days.
  • We can exchange your item for something else (we cannot send out any replacements until the original item is received back at Greener Beauty HQ)
  • You can use the value against another purchase and either pay the balance due or we can refund the difference.

If we do not feel that the item is suitable for resale we will contact you via email.

If you paid for shipping on your original order

If you paid for shipping on your original order and there is nothing wrong with what you are returning and it is a full order return we will not be able to refund the shipping costs, only the product purchase prices.

If you had free shipping on your original order

If your original order value was over £40 (and had free shipping) and once your return has been subtracted from your original order value if this drops below the free shipping threshold we will need to refund you minus the shipping cost.

Further Info on Refunds

Any refunds made will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid via a gift card your refund will be credited to your gift card.

PayPal refunds are instant but please note that any credit or debit card payments take between 5 and 10 days to be credited onto your account. This depends on how long it takes for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Please also note if your order value once your return has been subtracted drops below the free shipping amount we will need to refund you minus the shipping cost.

Please not that if you are not careful with the condition of the product that is being returned a refund could be declined by Greener Beauty.

Budda Beauty

A refund or an exchange will be offered provided the goods are in a fully saleable condition, for reasons of hygiene and safety, except of course where goods are faulty and/or damaged or if we have delivered incorrect goods.

Returning goods by post

We recommend that returns are made via recorded delivery and/or that proof of postage is obtained in the event that we do not receive the goods being returned

When returning any goods by post or parcel service please pack securely to ensure goods arrive in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging

Ensure you enclose your proof of purchase

Any refund will automatically be issued to the debit or credit card number used to make the original purchase please allow 5 – 10 working days

Postage or courier charges are non- refundable except in the case of faulty and or damaged goods or where we have delivered incorrect goods

We recommend you use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance. You should obtain a receipt for the parcel you are sending

Eden Perfumes

If you return an item due to a mistake and want to exchange it for another item, you will be charged £5.00 for the extra delivery costs. We are very confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but we also realise that purchasing fragrance from a website, without having tried it first, can be quite a gamble. Therefore, if your purchase arrives and it’s not quite what you were looking for, you can return any item for a full refund or exchange within 14 days. Simply email us at Info@GreenerBeauty.com with ‘Eden: I’ve changed my mind’ in the subject line. Please include your order number in the email. Once you have emailed us, send back the item to the address we give you within 14 days of having received your order. The cost of returning the product to us will not be refunded. Please mark your order number clearly on the back of the package that you send back to us.

All Eden Perfumes products go through a rigorous quality checking process as part of the service we offer to you. Therefore, it’s very unlikely you will receive faulty goods from us, but in the unlikely event that this happens we will be happy to refund or exchange the product as you see fit, once the fault has been verified. Mr Masey's Emporium of Beards

REFUNDS: For hygiene reasons we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for cosmetic products, razors, combs, brushes and scissors. We also cannot offer refunds of fragrances if the original packaging has been removed. Cosmetic products include, but are not exclusive to, beard oil, beard balm, beard wash, beard conditioner, beard & moustache wax, shave oil, shave soap, bath wash and shower gel. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer exchange or refunds for RETURNS: If your ordered goods are returned to us undelivered because you provided us with an incomplete or an incorrect address, or because your order was returned to the delivery agents’ office (if you weren’t in for example) and you failed to collect it from them, we will only re-send your ordered goods once you have paid our re-posting fee.

Zao Essence of Nature

In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty, we will exchange them or refund your payment. Please contact us as soon as possible to report receipt of faulty goods at Info@GreenerBeauty.com

The consumer is responsible for return costs. When returning an item(s), all parts, pieces, barcode labels and tags must be in their original unopened packaging, in order to be eligible for a refund. Cosmetics are exempt from right to return if opened or sampled, due to the perishable and hygienic nature of the goods. If unsure whether you would like to keep the goods, please do not open and sample as this invalidates your right to refund. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.

Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a full refund for the cost and shipping of goods will be made to your credit/debit card. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
