Face

The Jawline: Hold the Gua Sha so that the love heart edge molds to the shape of your face. Using a smooth sweeping motion move the tool from your chin to jawline, moving towards the earlobe and then down the neck. Do on one side at least 3 times before repeating on the other side.

The Cheeks: using the longer inward curved side sweep from above the mouth beside the nose and drag upwards towards to your hairline using medium pressure. Repeat on one side at least 3 times before moving to the opposite side.

Round the Eyes: Using the longer part of the love heart edge massage from the inner corner of the eye and use very gentle pressure to sweep outwards towards the hairline. Repeat on one side at least 3 times before moving to the opposite side.

The Eyebrows: Using the smaller part of the love heart edge massage from the middle of your eyebrows to one side towards your hairline. Repeat on one side at least 3 times before moving to the opposite side.

The Forehead: Using the longer inward curved side of the Gua Sha use the tool to pull upwards from the eyebrows to the forehead. Repeat on one side at least 3 times before moving to the opposite side.

Neck

Back of the Neck: Using light pressure the love heart edge of the Gua Sha can be used on the back of the neck. Drag from the back of the neck to the hairline, use pressing motions on the area of the neck which feels most tense. Repeat on one side at least 3 times before moving to the opposite side.

Side of the Neck: With the longer inward curved side sweep up the side of the neck from the collarbone towards the jawline. When you get to the jawline use short pressing pulses. Repeat this movement at least twice more before moving onto the other side of the neck

Over the throat: Use the love heart edge of the Gua Sha and apply very gentle pressure starting between the collarbones and sweep up the curve of the neck to the jaw. Apply a small amount of pressure and a pulse when you get to the jawline.
