Cypress: A fresh, green and resinous. It’s like walking through a pine forest, this Cypress essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves and twigs of the tall, conical evergreen tree. Soothing for the emotions and used widely in meditation, associated with renewal and transition, it also has an astringent property which can benefit the skin and internal bodily systems. Tonic for the circulatory system and the skin. Restorative when feeling tearful and emotionally overwhelmed. Hormonally supportive for the menstrual cycle

Grapefruit: A tangy, refreshing and juicy. Expressed from the peel of the fruit is warmly comforting, brightening and rejuvenating for mind and body, great for the skin as well as the soul. Mood boosting, particularly when hormonal. Astringent qualities are great for congested skin. De-toxifying for the body.

Lavender: Has a cooling and soothing effect and is excellent for promoting sleep. Lavender is used in a multitude of natural health products and cosmetics and is one of the most popular essential oils in the practice of aromatherapy. IN A MASSAGE BLEND: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of blending oil.

IN A DIFFUSER BLEND: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to the water in an Aroma Spa Diffuser.

IN A BATH OIL BLEND: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil and swirl into water.
