To create the ultimate sleep routine have a long soak in the bath using the bath oil just before bed time. Once out of the bath and your skin is slightly damp apply the massage and body oil (this is best absorbed when the skin is slightly damp still) or better still get someone to apply it for you while you receive a massage.
