Bloomtown Sleep Essential Oil is a blend of pure essential oils of Valerian, Cedarwood, Lavender and Chamomile which each have powerful sleep-inducing effects. This blend is more than the sum of its parts: deeply relaxing, almost hypnotic in its ability to calm your breath and make your eyes feel heavy leading to a deep restful nights sleep.

Use a few drops in your bath before bed or in a diffuser as you unwind…you’ll find yourself drifting off in no time!

These premium essential oils are super concentrated and an excellent value for money and can be used in the following ways:

Use in 33 relaxing baths (6 drops per bath)

20 massages (10 drops diffused in 20 ml of carrier oil)

2-3 months of regular diffuser use!

Create a Natural Kitchen Cleaner by blending 1/4 cup vinegar, 1/8 cup bicarbonate of soda, 1 litres water and a few drops of Cleanse
