Beauty Without Cruelty Moisturising Lipstick Rosehip is a soft and moisturising lipstick with a lovely natural feeling texture, instantly nourishes lips with maximum moisture in a lightweight, non-sticky formula. With over 40% jojoba oil content and Vitamin E to leave lips smooth and supple, sealing in moisture and acting as a barrier against environmental influences. The long lasting, colour-rich formula is designed for all day wear and contains no parabens or added fragrance.

The best base for applying lipstick is to make sure that your lips are in good condition and well moisturised. You can browse our range of lip balms here.
For long lasting lipstick apply a good base, I often use a concealer or bit of foundation.
If you want to use a lip liner apply this following the natural line of lips.
Apply the lipstick starting in the middle of the lips and working towards the outer. For the most long lasting application use a lip brush for this application.
Going out for a night and want the longest possible wear of your lipstick? Apply a light dusting of translucent finishing powder and apply the lipstick again.

Muriel, The Lady Dowding (1908-1993) was born in London. Throughout her life, she was dedicated to the rights of animals and pioneered the development of cruelty free cosmetics, and products suitable for vegetarians. She campaigned in the 1950s to persuade the leaders of the cosmetics industry to change their animal ingredient policies which included wide use of spermaceti from whales and musk from the musk deer. This failed and her determination to provide a constructive alternative led her to set up the Beauty Without Cruelty Cosmetics business. To this day the business continues as a pioneer in ingredient consciousness.
The Beauty Without Cruelty Swan logo encapsulates their brand mission, being associated with the deities of healing waters and the sun. Known for their grace and beauty the swan is symbolic of their mission to deliver beauty by the intertwining of natural elements throughout their product offering. Beauty Without Cruelty is committed to being at the forefront of ingredient consciousness. Beauty Without Cruelty is based in Suffolk England and is a certified member of the Vegan Society and Cruelty Free International.
Beauty Without Cruelty ingredients policy is to offer a 100% commitment that customers can relate to. As the founder of the 100% cruelty free cosmetics business that has been brand leader for over 60 years, the brand has an enviable reputation for progressive incorporation of the best natural ingredients. Their unique formulations carry a dedicated focus on enhancing a healthy and nourished skin. 100% of the Beauty Without Cruelty natural range, that we at Greener Beauty retail, is vegan and vegetarian, and free from fragrance, paraben, carmine, PEG, GMO, Toluene, Formaldehyde, Phthalate and with Talc Free Powders.
For every Greener Beauty customer order we plant one tree. This is part of our ongoing effort to lower our carbon footprint and build a better world. We work with an American Charity called Eden Reforestation who plant trees globally where they are most needed. They hire, train and employ local people at a fair wage who then plant trees native to their land and protect the seedlings and eventually the forests. As a result of their careful nurturing they have an 80% seedling survival rate. This gives the local people a consistent income enabling them to provide for their families, and as the reforestation effort goes on, healthy forests emerge and the negative effects of deforestation disappear. Since Eden Reforestation began over 250 million trees have been planted around the world in Ethiopia, Madagascar, Nepal, Haiti, Indonesia, Mozambique.
