Unfold the mask and gently tear apart the two ear loops by pulling apart at the middle.

Open the ear loops away from the mask.

Hook the ear loops over your ears and position the mask over the eye area.

Relax and enjoy 20 minutes of gentle warmth over the eye areas.

Advice: External use only. Avoid contact with eyes and damaged skin. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children.

The outer packaging is traditional sheet mask packaging so it is constructed with plastic and foil that should be disposed of into general waste.

The mask itself is made from spun lace and this is biodegradable so this can be disposed of onto a compost heap or into general waste and it will biodegrade.
