ECO BY SONYA 5 STEP ROUTINE

With autumn rapidly approaching are you thinking about up levelling your skincare routine?
Maybe you frequently get dry skin with all the heating and the cold weather?

This is a good time to start so that when the cold weather hits and you put your heating on, your skin is deeply hydrated and moisturised.
So I thought I would share my routine (when I am not testing new ranges of skincare!).

I absolutely love Eco by Sonya, an organic range from Australia.
I use the Eco by Sonya Super Citrus Cleanser morning and night. I love the smell of this cleanser, it’s so fresh!
In the morning I follow this with the Super Fruit Hydrator all over my face and neck and some Eye Compost under my eyes. This gives me a well moisturised base for my makeup.
In the evening I apply my Glory Oil after the cleanser. With an oil it really helps to massage it in well, only ever applying pressure when moving up (gravity already does enough the other way!) By massaging it in well you are also stimulating the blood circulation which will also help you achieve glowing skin. After this I add another layer of the Super Fruit Hydrator and the Eye Compost
