We work very hard to ensure that Greener Beauty has the highest level of security so that you and your details are really safe when shopping with us.

Why is an item showing out of stock?

To keep everything we sell as fresh as possible we keep a minimal level of stock. If you are looking at something and it has been showing as out of stock for a while please add your email to the waitlist and we will be notified that you are waiting for this product to come back into stock. When it does come back into stock you will be sent an email saying that it is available for purchase.

Why do you need my telephone number?

If you place an order and there are any questions such as an incomplete address or a product question we will email you first but if we don’t get a response via email we will text you.

You will be sent an email confirmation of your order and a notice when it has been dispatched.

How natural are your products?

How effective are natural products?

They are just as effective once you have found one that works for your needs. When it comes to changing to a natural deodorant your body might need to detox so it will take a few weeks, you can read more about this here

Are your products suitable for vegetarians/ vegans?

Yes. Everything is vegan friendly. And always will be. As a vegan run business we will never change these ethics.

Are any of your products tested on animals?

As a vegan run business this is one of our strongest Ethics.
We will never sell any brands that test on animals.
We will never sell any brands that sell their products where it is the law to test on animals.
We will never sell any brands that are owned by an animal testing parent company.

If a brand we sell is brought out by an unethical company OR if they start to sell anywhere it is the law to test on animals we will simply stop selling their range.

Do any of your products contain palm oil?

Some of our products do contain palm oil. However we work hard to ensure that all the brands only use sustainable oil. If you are avoiding palm oil please use the eco friendly filter where you can exclude items that contain palm oil.

I need some help finding the right product for me?

Vic literally loves helping people find the right product for them. Contact us via email or our instant chat on the website and Vic or another member of the team will do all they can to ensure you get the best product for you.


Do you work with discount websites?


We have never and will never work with any discount websites. We work hard to keep our prices as low as possible all year round.

It has been brought to our attention that there a number of websites offering ‘Greener Beauty discount codes’ some up to 50% off. These codes will not work. Please do not visit these sites to get discounts!


Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

Yes. We package everything using a zero waste option which has no waste, is fully recyclable/ biodegradable and is plastic free.

Why are all your products not plastic free?

Greener Beauty is not currently a plastic free shop. Greener Beauty is about making life easier for vegans without having to check products, brands, cruelty free status, parent companies cruelty free status, ingredients for animal products, ingredients for harmful ingredients, reef safe if suntan lotion etc. And this is exactly what we do, we make it easier for you to shop safely without having to worry or spend too much time googling.

Greener Beauty does offer plastic free options for everything but also more traditional plastic options. Whatever you choose there is an option for you at a budget that works for you.


I need to make changes to my order how do I do this?

Please contact us as soon as you realise that you want to make changes at However please be aware that we work our hardest to get your orders to you as quickly as possible and this means if you order Monday to Friday before 12pm your order will be dispatched that day.

Can I cancel my order?

We try to be super-fast dispatching your order, so once an order has been placed, we might be unable to cancel it. However, we will try our very best to help so please make sure you contact us as quickly as possible at with your request and order number.

I haven’t received an order confirmation?

An email order confirmation is sent after each order. If you haven’t got this in your inbox please check your Spam folder where it may have gone. If you still cant find it please contact us at and we can confirm your email address and resend the order confirmation.

My product has been damaged in transit what do I do?

I have received my order but it does not contain everything I ordered?

I am sorry if this causes any panic or worry. We have a handful of suppliers who ship stock directly from their warehouses, these brands are Buddha Beauty, Eden Perfumes and some Zao products. If you order contained something from one of these brands you should have received an email from us informing you that your order would be in multiple deliveries.

Do you offer Free Samples?

Yes, you can select your free samples from in the basket. The number of free samples you can select is on a sliding scale based on how much you are spending.

SPEND UNDER £30 – Select up to 1 free sample.

SPEND £30 – £50 – Select up to 2 free samples.

SPEND £50 – £75 – Select up to 3 free samples.

SPEND £75 – £100 – Select up to 4 free samples.

SPEND £100+ – Select up to 5 free samples.

Please note. If you are ordering just products from Buddha Beauty, Eden perfumes or Zao makeup you may not receive any free samples. This is because these items might be sent directly from the brands themselves.

Do you offer Plastic Free Samples?

We have a number of plastic free samples which will be marked as such.

I didn't receive my free samples in my order

The free samples are a gift to you from us.

Your part in selecting a free sample is to ensure that it is added to your basket. If it is not in your basket we will not know that you have selected a free sample or which one you would like so we will not add one to your order.

If you would like a free sample and don’t have one listed on your order confirmation email please contact us ASAP and we can add this to your order if it hasn’t already been packaged up for dispatch. In this instance please contact us at

If your order has already been packaged for dispatch I am sorry to say that we wont be able to add the free sample.

If you contact us after you have received an order because you didn’t receive a sample and there isn’t one listed on your order confirmation email, we will not be able to send the free sample separately.

Please note that adding the free sample is not legally binding, we will do our best to fulfil all sample requests but we cannot guarantee them.

Please also note. If you are ordering just products from Buddha Beauty, Eden perfumes or Zao makeup you may not receive any free samples. This is because these items might be sent directly from the brands themselves.

I received different samples to the ones I selected

The free samples are a gift to you from us.

We always work hard to ensure that the sample you selected are added to your order but on occasion these are unavailable so we will select the closest sample that we have available instead. If  you selected a plastic free sample we will always replace with a plastic free sample if possible.

If we don’t have your sample in stock we don’t want to slow your order down arriving with you so we will just dispatch with a replacement without contacting you.

Can I just order some free samples?

Sadly we can only offer free samples to our customers who have placed an order.


Where do you deliver?

We ship all over the world but currently not to the USA or Canada. If you would like to place an order and don’t have a shipping option and you aren’t in one of these countries please contact us and we can add a shipping rate for you.

Can you offer express delivery?

Yes, we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is only available in the UK.

Please note:

  • Special delivery is not available on Mr Maseys.
  • Special delivery is not available on items from Buddha Beauty.
  • Special delivery for Eden perfumes has a 1-2 day delivery time.

If you placed an order that only contains items from Buddha Beauty, Eden Perfumes, Mr Maseys or Zao makeup and you selected some free samples these samples will be sent separately via Royal Mail First Class.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

To the UK it is free when you spend £40 or more, alternatively it is £3.95 when you spend under £40. We ship via Royal Mail first class.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Do you ship to mainland Europe?

Yes. We offer free delivery when spending over £150. Alternatively any spend under this will incur a £12.95 postage cost. Deliveries to Europe are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. If you would like the tracking details please contact us and we can provide these for you.

Please note that any import taxes will need to be paid by you.

Will my order be sent with tracking details?

If there is tracking available for your order you will be emailed all tracking details. If you cannot find the email it will also be available within your order on our website if you have an account.


I see you plant trees for every order, do you have a really big garden that you plant them in?

If only! We would love to live surrounded by trees and nature but sadly we do not. We are a partner with Eden Reforestation who plant trees all around the world employing local people at a fair wage where the trees are most needed. You can read more about them here.

Are you Carbon Neutral?

We are working towards being totally carbon neutral by planting trees with Eden Reforestation. We plant 15 trees per month for each member of staff which covers the carbon emissions of our laptops. We also plant 50 trees per month to negate the carbon footprint of our website.

How do the charity donations at checkout work?

Any donation made at checkout to one of our chosen charities is 100% donated to them. We schedule the donations to them either quarterly or monthly depending on the charities preferred frequency.
